Yield: 2 loaves; 12 servings each


1 Recipe Classic Sourdough Bread
1 C chopped kalamata olives
1 small yellow onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil

Note: This recipe works in tandem with theClassic Sourdough Bread recipe.
  1. Sauté olives, onion, and garlic in olive oil until onions are tender.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add to dough during first kneading and proceed with Classic Sourdough Bread recipe.
