1 Recipe Classic Sourdough Bread
1 C chopped kalamata olives
1 small yellow onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp olive oil
Note: This recipe works in tandem with theClassic Sourdough Bread recipe.
- Sauté olives, onion, and garlic in olive oil until onions are tender.
- Add to dough during first kneading and proceed with Classic Sourdough Bread recipe.
