1 small head of Napa cabbage, shredded (4 C)
2 Tbsp EVOO (Olive Oil)
2 Tbsp Lime juice
1 sm sweet purple onion, diced
½ tsp chiplotle pepper, ground
- In a large bowl, toss the cabbage and onion with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- Season with salt, pepper, and ground chipotle pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate approximately 1 hour before serving.
