Cranberry-Orange Relish
Cranberry-Orange Relish

Yield: 2 Cups


1 12-oz. pkg fresh cranberries
2 oranges, peeled
1 C sugar (you decide actual amount)
½ C roasted pecans, finely chopped
1 apple, cored, peeled and finely chopped (optional)


  1. Using a food processor, pulse the cranberries and oranges. Transfer fruit to a 1-quart bowl.
  2. Pulse the apple if using. Add to the fruit bowl.
  3. Add ½ the sugar, stirring to mix. Add more sugar to taste. (Sweetness of the oranges and apple will vary.)
  4. Add the chopped pecans and serve.
Note: This relish will keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
