Gorgonzola Dressing

Yield: 1 ½ Cups


¾ C mayonnaise
½ C sour cream;
3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
8 oz Gorgonzola cheese, about 2 cups, crumbled


  1. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar in large bowl. Add half of cheese.
  2. Using rubber spatula, mash until cheese is almost smooth. Stir in remaining cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours.
Note: Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.
