Orange VinaigrettePairs with Spicy Cauliflower Citrus Salad .

Begin preparation of the Spicy Cauliflower Citrus Salad by making the orange vinaigrette so that all of the ingredients have time to macerate together in a little container you can seal and shake.
1 orange zested and juiced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Dijor mustard
1 hot pepper, sliced or chopped (substitute cayenne powder)
1 Tbsp capers
4 Tbsp EVOOExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
- You can chop the ingredients finely.
- In the vinaigrette container add the orange zest and juice, anchovies, hot pepper, capers, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Give the container a good shake and set aside.
- When the salad is ready for serving, give the vinaigrette another good shake and pour over the top.
