Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom SauceCampbell's Kitchen
(pork, mushrooms, cream )
Yield: 4 servings
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Dried basil leaves or dried thyme leaves, crushed
4 Boneless pork chops, ¾-in thick (about 1 lb.)
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Med. onion, sliced (about ½ C)
1 can (10¾oz) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ C Milk
Hot cooked rice
- Heat the oil in a 10-in skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
- Add the onion to the skillet and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the soup and milk and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. or until the pork is cooked through.
- Serve the pork and sauce with the rice.
