Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Yield: 4 servings


2 baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
½ C milk, heated
1 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 clove garlic, mashed


  1. In large pot, bring enough water to cover 2 potatoes to a rolling boil.
  2. Boil the potatoes until they are soft when fork punctures them for test.
  3. Drain water from pot and mash the potatoes.
  4. Add milk, butter, and garlic to the pot. Mash all ingredients until you reach the desired creaminess.
