Garlic Mashed PotatoesRecipe Credit

2 baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
½ C milk, heated
1 Tbsp Butter, melted
1 clove garlic, mashed
- In large pot, bring enough water to cover 2 potatoes to a rolling boil.
- Boil the potatoes until they are soft when fork punctures them for test.
- Drain water from pot and mash the potatoes.
- Add milk, butter, and garlic to the pot. Mash all ingredients until you reach the desired creaminess.
