6 C cubed peeled cooked potatoes
2 C cooked green beans, cut
2 C fully cooked ham, cubed
2½ C Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded, divided
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 can (10-¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup, condensed
½ C whole milk
⅓ C mayonnaise
⅓ C sour cream

  1. In greased 13X19-inch baking dish, layer the potatoes, beans, ham, 2 C cheese and onion.
  2. In large bowl, combine the soup, milk, mayonnaise and sour cream; pour over the top and gently stir to coat.
  3. Cover and bake @ 350° for 45 minutes.
  4. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake and additional 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
