Yield: 16 - 20 servings


1 lb can smoked salmon
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp grated onion
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Dash Tabasco or ¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp liquid smoke (if no smoked salmon available)
1 tsp prepared horseradish
Chopped nuts
Parsley, paprika


  1. Drain salmon and remove skin and bones.
  2. Flake and combine next 7 ingredients.
  3. Chill several hours.
  4. Decorate with chopped nuts and parsley or paprika.
  5. Serve with crackers.
