Hoisin Dipping Sauce

Yield: ½ cup


2 oz hoisin sauce
6 oz water
1 tsp lime juice
1 fresh chili pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp peanut butter
Roasted peanuts, coarsely ground

This recipe links to Vietnamese Spring Rolls
  1. Mix hoisin sauce, water, lime juice, chili pepper and peanut butter.
  2. Bring mixture to a quick boil.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Sprinkle peanuts on top when serving.
