(sauce, Parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon)

Topping for broiled fish.

Yield: ½ Cup


¼ C Parmesan cheese
1/8 C butter, softened
1½ Tbsp mayonaise
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/16 tsp onion powder
1/16 tsp celery salt


  1. In small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise,and lemon juice. Season with remaining ingredients.
  2. Set aside. Remove broiled fish from broiler. Spread this topping on each portion. Return to broiler for 2 or 3 minutes, then serve immediately.
