Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Ingredients

¼ C pomegranate molasses
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 heaping Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey, or more to taste
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
¾ C EVOOExtra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

1. Whisk together the pomegranate molasses, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
2. Slowly whish in the olive oil until emulsified.
