Yield: 4 servings

Begin preparation of the Spicy Cauliflower Citrus Salad by making the orange vinaigrette so that all of the ingredients have time to macerate together in a little container you can seal and shake.

Ingredients

1 orange zested and juiced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Dijor mustard
1 hot pepper, sliced or chopped (substitute cayenne powder)
1 Tbsp capers
4 Tbsp EVOOExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. You can chop the ingredients finely.
  2. In the vinaigrette container add the orange zest and juice, anchovies, hot pepper, capers, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Give the container a good shake and set aside.
  4. When the salad is ready for serving, give the vinaigrette another good shake and pour over the top.
