Ingredients

2 C beef stock
1 C red wine
1 pt mushrooms, sliced thinly
Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour the beef stock and red wine into a medium sized saucepan.
  2. Simmer the liquids over medium heat for approximately 20 to 30 min. or until the mixture is slightly reduced.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and salt and pepper.
  4. Reduce mixture for an additional 5 minutes.
