Lemon Butter Dipping Sauce
Lemon Butter Dipping Sauce

Yield: ½ cup

Ingredients

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 Tbsp EVOO
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp minced garlic
Lemon pepper
2-3 shakes Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 shakes red pepper sauce (to taste)


All measures are approximate. Taste often and adjust amounts of ingredients.
This is a dipping sauce for artichokes, lobster, crab. It works as a great spaghetti sauce.

Instructions
  1. In a small sauce pan over low heat, melt butter in the olive oil.
  2. Add other ingredients to taste. Allow flavors to blend, then serve hot.
Note: This sauce keeps indefinitely in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
